  • Payment data: credit pack purchases are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications: any messages you send us via email.

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Process your resume through our AI analysis and rewrite pipeline.
  • Manage your account, credits, and purchase history.
  • Send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmation, credit receipts).
  • Improve and develop new features based on aggregate usage patterns.

4. Data Retention

Resume files and their analysis results are automatically deleted 30 days after upload. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing rehanceofficial@gmail.com.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

  • AI model providers (e.g., GitHub Models / Azure OpenAI) solely to process your resume. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models.
  • Payment processors to handle credit purchases securely.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements.
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by applicable law.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and JWT-based authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
